Flash is good if its not used as a way to be lazy & have the program make good art via some simply lines.

Yeah, you'd be better off trying something else. Webstyle is good if it's not used as a way to be lazy and make your website... er... nevermind.
Go and use Illustrator, it's like Flash, but not animated and better for drawing things.
