You may have seen one or maybe two topics alike this one being posted on the boards earlier, but the fact is that the previous ones never gave any results. So that is why I am once more announcing that CrobaSoft is open to recruit co-developers of all kinds.
What I can recall, the latest topic said that CrobaSoft was going to get split up into two divisions beacuse of the timezones. But since I found it quite unnecessary to split up a group with 2ฝ active members, we're just going to forget that.
Now we are more focused in recruiting happy klikkers who can set up- and reach targeted goals. You don't need to worry if you are one of those who likes to take their own time while working, but we do not want someone who intend to start a project, get all excited and then drop the project after 3 days - to go and work on something different (trust me, I've witness that).

We seek a certain amount of people wanting to work with:
• Graphics, GFX - Artists
• Coding - Programmers
• Game Development - Project Director
• Stories - Story Writers
• Alt. Music - Musicians

As Saven said: Your admission is subject to the approval of the senior members of CrobaSoft

So. If you feel like you're interested in joining the CrobaSoft Crew, please reply here or PM me or Saven.
We're looking forward to work with you.

This is what will happen. You guys will work the first 2 days, then 50% of the kids who joined will quit, and remaining 2 or 3 will keep working for some days, trying to finish a really big and complex project, and you'll slowly quit working leaving the project on 0.05% completion.

You seem to think a klik based team isn't possible... Why?
Theres plenty already formed and CrobaSoft is off to a good start. Don't baselessly bash people because your frustrated with your own failure. In fact don't baselessly bash people period.

@Dogzer: CrobaSoft has been up since the end of 2003, and I've been a part of the team ever since then. Don't think you can tell me what will happen or not, 'cause I have experienced a lot during this time with this group.
You have obviously been working once or maybe twice with a klik group and witnessed the things you said. We all know that such things may happen sometimes in the beginning of a group gathering, but I don't see it as a negative point but a great experience. I've also been through that, but it has taught me the great value in a cooperation between people in a klik team. The team has been through the most toughest times. But when I see that I have companions willing to stay until I trash CrobaSoft, it makes me more concerned to NOT close. I have a goal with this team, and that is to keep the members klikking with eachother - cooperate - develop and improve.
With this topic, I just wanted people to know that there's still room for more. I didn't want you to come letting out all your emotions over that you may have failed by yourself before. We know what we are doing, okey?

@Jerry: Cool man. I hope that Cc won't close down for good. You know that I love that group!

Whoa, don't take it so personal!
Long ago in the past i joined a ppl who aimed too high all the time and never finished anything -___-;; , your team obviously didn't do that wich is good.
It wasn't until i moved to 3D gaming that i got really successful, but I guess i thought you were the typical joke klik team that never reached 50% of a game production, because you asked for things like "Story Writers" and " Project Director" ... that tipped me off.

Anyway, i hope you get an acceptable gfx artist now for your upcoming videogames, it will give a real boost to your next games!

Every now and then i consider joining a team. But i then i think i would prefer to work on what i want to and i would also prefer to make a name for myself under my own name.

well, yeah andyuk, that's what mmf is for, right? so ppl can make their own games.
Generaly kids think maybe if they make a team they'll work really hard and make a game, but there is no other way around for working for what you want. Teams are made when the goal is too high, but a team of lazy ppl won't make a very good game, that's if they even finish a game!
