Hello, I`m pretty new here but as a future customer of MMF2\TGF2 I cannot seem to find any mention on a suspected release date for either of the new products. I know that these type of things are done when they are done but is there no place around for a more up to date view on things?
How about searching before asking? There's been like... A HUNDRED topics like this one over the past few months, it's getting quite repetitive. Clickteam haven't announced an exact release date yet. This winter, I think they said.
We all thought we knew (some still think they do), but none of us really know, anything behond the year & even then, last I remember, it was suppost to be released early 2005. I'm looking at late 2006 or early 2007, but give it time. We dont want them rushing MMF2 & having it turn out like crap because they didnt beta test it enough or something.
Actually I did search and there is no mention of a release date anywhere (I`m willing to be proven wrong). I`m not talking about hearsay I mean official news. Surely there`s an official statement somewhere?
YOU MEAN WE DON'T HAVE MMF3D. Oh crap, I was ripped of, www.hiwearegoingtoripyouoffnow.com said that they'd ship it to me tomorrow if i gave them $300 bucks, and I did.
Is MMF3D still even being made? I mean they havent said anything about it sence like, a couple conventions ago. Correct me if I'm wrong though. I saw a little bit of MMF3D, but I dont know if they are still working on it or not.
I hope it's being made, 'cause it would be totally awsome if we could make 3D stuff in MMF, and maybe then I'd get my $300 bucks worth, although the company's name is a little disturbing.
MMF3D is not being made. At the 2002 Click Convention, Clickteam showed off potential plans, but there has been no news since then - until Francois said himself at one of the conventions that work on MMF3D had ceased.
Just out of interest, I also own a copy of the book and am just wondering how long the demo trial is as it doesn`t seem to be time limited as it suggest in the actual book.
So basicly, you buy the book & you get a potentially $50 program, that is only limited by what wasnt added as of the time of its release? Sounds good to me, but I'd rather wait for the full version, then I can work with the bugs that they didnt fix, rather then the bugs that they plan to fix.
