Could someone with access to the scripts of this site please write fixes for some things?

I'm thinking about the comment session where spaces and smilies are not converted to "new line" and the the text version of the respective smiley when entering edit mode. The real problem however is that it not converts "new line" to a br-tag, but keeps the "new line" AND add a br-tag, meaning that you have to edit the entire comment if you don't want it to look messed up.

Screenshots in the project session is not viewed via the same image-viewing script as in the download session, which is bad, because the one in the download session is good. I would like to see this fixed as well (should be an easy one).

Here are some more personal opinions:
What is hot?-Forum list is good, but the What is hot?-download is the same as What is new?-download (or should be anyway). Put the forum list in the same box as the What is new stuff and remove the What is hot box for extra space. Are you manually updating the what is new stuff? I really don't hope so...

The spotlight thing should either pick three random objects among the three newest things and some older ones, or use a scripting language like js to constantly switch between various stuff. There are more things than three that deserves spotlight. Are you manually updating the spotlight stuff? I really don't hope not there too.

Perhaps I could help out?

I'm still waiting for someone to fix the Project bumping, by editing posts. It may be a geniune fix, but it shouldn't happen.

Spotlight could scroll like this http://sorgalla.com/projects/jcarousel/examples/static_auto.html

Also something that bugs me is if you are in a project forum, there is no link back to the project

You can click the projects name in the header of the page on the forums, as with most things on the site

Ahh I see, but it's a bit confusing because on the forum topic page you have 2 breadcrumbs

Yeah, the uppermost link is what I meant, but I've just changed it so the larger header is clickable now too
