HEY folks im working on a new game, its about shooting chickens with a gun...but my gun has a problem..it wont shoot bullets so i cant call it a gun yet.. anyway its a simple problem which i cant seem to do. iam tryin to make the bullets shoot as the same position and direction that the gun is facing, im using 360 degree movement for my gun and thats the main reason why iam having trouble with it. any help would be very helpful for me.
Hey there - just took a look, just make sure you select the "Action Point" in the Animation editor of the gun barrel and ensure it is positioned at the point of which the bullet emerges (i.e. at the end of the gun barrel)
At the moment it is somewhere behind and below the base of the gun barrel, when looking at it when it's facing right
@marko- hey thanks for the hint that helped me alot i never even knew what those action points was all about till now
@spitznagl-yo nice one what you done there pretty cool i just had a looksie at it, ill take a deeper look at it later on. gotta get some sleep now but thanks for the help
any 1 else with any other tips or help would be very much appreciated
