I must say that I have a severe dislike for drink drivers (what happen's if they hit your car with your family in?), but I know drink gives you false confidence - just a shame someone did not have the balls to stop him driving .
Friends and family commented on how talented the guy was, then the article went on to say how he was famous for inserting a toy car up his anus and having an xray in hospital...

There's a difference between what friends and family might consider someone's talents and what someone is famous for. Kind of like how there are many bands/artist who are well known for their least favorite songs, like "Cherry Pie" or "Light My Fire". I don't know the guy personally, so I can't exactly make the same judgment that the people who were close to him could make.

Ryan Dunn and the other Jackass cast were pretty cool, imo. Not what i would consider gods or anything, but they did make me laugh and that's what entertainment is all about. Drink/driving is bad news though and if you play with fire you will get burnt, but still it's a sad way for someone to end their life.
And good point Horrendous; just because that was his most famous sketch doesn't necessarily mean it's a measure of his talents. Despite what some may think about him on this thread, he still made more money than nearly all (if not all!) of us on here from doing next to nothing. I have to admire him for that
