Not really sure if anyone is motivated enough for this but I've been thinking of somehow a project all of us would be involved in.
Like A book about indie games where all of us submits a part, or a Game where each of us design one level or an engine each and combine it to one big thing.
I don't really know, been thinking of some community stuff lately 
Anyone has a better idea for something?

Team projects have always seemed like a neat idea, but I have yet to see one actually succeed (except maybe Teh Forum Game?). It's difficult to keep a team of sundry site/forum-goers together long enough to actually complete something, so people often lose interest or focus and the project just kinda wilts away...
I'd think you'd need a leader and/or head coder who has the knowledge and drive to keep the centralized part of the project well-organized and forward-moving, and a structure modular enough to support any kind of contribution, no matter how big or small or incomplete. You have to be prepared for the fact that you won't keep any of your team members for very long. Something episodic would work well, or even something screen-based. And it has to be quick and easy to add new things to the game.
But no matter what, if you do want to attempt such a project, it requires a lot of dedication. So... good luck.

I want to a join a collaboration project. And i like your idea with a book. Im thinking a book with some smal games in you can klick and play. Like those nintendo cartridge with several games in one.

I like Lord Hannu's idea. It would be great to have a Flash application that compiles different games from different users as a sort of anthology of pieces ranging from short game sketches, to collaborations, to full-fledged games. Having a game collection to celebrate the active members and their skill levels would be a cool way to start off the New Year. A through-line that links the different games together would be of secondary priority.
I'll see if I can have something set up by the end of the weekend.
