If you want to play the later levels and cant get there or the game wont let you like in some cases
you can use the level select
on the map just press 1 its as easy as that
it wont save the progress but you can press it as often as you want
.

inis are too easy to hack. One time I hacked(or modified) an ini for a typing game(which was the most boring thing in the world) and changed all the highscores to "Snerlin of Neonair rules!!!" with impossible scores of over 1000. Lol!
Sometimes I hack the inis for my own games. Especially during testing.
I'll redownload Tops 3 now since it has level select

i really don't see the point of people who "hack" inis. let's face it, it's not like opening up notepad and changing a few values is hardcore hacking.
similarly, i never advocate the encryption of INIs... it's a pointless waste of time. if someone wants to cheat, let them, it's not like you're missing out.

Hacking the ini in Tops 3 was the only way I was able to
play past lev 3.
Hack? - open ini file in note pad and change a number?
Karnage- how loose DC points?

if ur gonna have inis u dont put it in the game folder you put in a folder that all cpmuters have ie. windows\system and then call it a name that sounds like a window file ie. 245px.ini or sumtin yaha

Then it just completely messes up your Windows folder - I've found remnants of a whole lot of TDC games left over from my reviews, and I've no idea what half of them are.
Unless you provide an Uninstall feature, of course.
