New this build
-Training Mode (Almost complete)
-Speed Trails Mode
-Better Menus (I hope)
-4 Combat levels complete (4 to go)
In the Campaign mode, the first level is always the beach landing, after that their are three more "Levels". Each level has two to three territory choices to choose from, so when you play the game you can choose several paths to victory for a bit of replay-ability, currently the first level, both second levels and the top third level is done for a total of four levels, During game play remember that you can deploy tanks from your bases once you have landed to refuel, You can have on screen at any time two tanks per base and cities under your control, it takes two tanks to seize a base or city, press the "P" key to pass a level to test other boards...
In Speed Trail Mode, you have to guide you plane to follow the stars in order as they appear and do so in the best time possible
Please guys take a couple of minutes and test this build, and give me suggestions or bugs, Plus can anyone think of any other modes you might find fun in having in the game
Knudde, is that beacuse of the Death from Above name? is it Mechquest? I got the name from The motto ("Mors Ab Alto" in Latin) of the 7th Bombardment Group in the United States 101st Airborne Division in January 1933
Death From Above is a tactic in the Battletech board game where you use your jump jets and unceremoniously land on an opponents mech for massive damage. It's a fairly common term I think (outside of BT). I was just a mech junkie for a while so it was the first thing that popped into my head.
Also, wouldn't run at a decent framerate on my laptop, but that thing is ancient. Once I get a place to setup my desktop, I'll try it on there.
Quick bug to report. I ran out of fuel in Level 1 (rather quickly actually!) and when I crashed I went through the scenery, heard an explosion, but could still fire my guns/drop my bombs. Then it said City Lost, but nothing further happened (had to alt F4 it)
