All this you are seeing has been done in TGF1. Thats why you'll see that -1 counter and no paralex.
I've left out some stuff (like some characters, special moves ect ect.) I need to still code in the bad'dudes but that won't be hard. The general concept has changed slighty. There be ten worlds instead of 6(with 3 acts each). This basically cuts down time and also gives some extra depth to the platformer.
Sorry about the really bad quality and colour issues, my video capture device is just poop.
The graphics are awesome ,but things seem a bit too busy, its hard see the platforms when there is a lot of background objects.
I'm hoping this is just because of the poor quality of the video though.
Also I don't really think the music fits, I can't put my finger on it though. I'll listen to some music and see if I can find something that suits it better.
I can't judge it too harshly though because this is just a early version.
I'm really looking forward to this game, looks fun!
Lol that music isn't for that level, it just something I put on cause my video recorder doesnt record sound >.<
And it's actually not a level, cause otherwise I totally agree, its to much in too small space. It's more a test level, where you put everything in, so you test out all the action objects quickly. The actual levels will be alot bigger and spead out. Thanks for the advice. . I'll have a listen to that song though, and see if I can fit the one I'm making around it.
Very nice. That song reminded me of the IT Crowd theme tune, specifically the one from the 2nd series DVD menu. which I now have to watch from start to finish again D:
cant wait for this one.
