Hey guys, i have been working real hard today, and i got BACKGROUNDS working fully in Webit 2.0

You can now have images as your background (with the option to keep the scrolling fixed) - complete with export handling for it, seems to be working great!

Few bugs in the UI for it, but for now its good - so BETAs go test V00015
