Well because I'm styling the game and redoing the engine, I've thought why not add new features in now?
I'm coding in a simple World Total checker that allows you to check what your missing ect. Also the health system is changed, now you've got a health meter that is made out of cup-cakes. The floating head has been removed.
Right onto the new gameplay feature: Coins. These coins come in five different colours, for each character. (Blue=Joel, Green=Mikey, Red=Mr.LAW, Yellow=McFlagFlag and Pink=Abikins)
Due to TGF being not too good, it wont allowing saving of each individual coin, (unless I make each one a different active object) so it'll only save your top coin score. When you leave or die, the coins will reset as well as your current coin score. ( I hope I make sense). Basically like the note system in Banjo Kazooie (N64 version)
TGF could do it... you'd just have to make it spread a value through the coins in the beginning. Then it saves values in an INI or array denoting having been collected, and the next time the level is loaded, you'd have it delete the coins whose values in the array or INI were marked as having been collected.
WHY'D YOU DESTROY HURRY UP?!!! THAT was a beautiful font...
