I know it's been awhile since I've updated the devlog on this project. That's because I've been rather absorbed with creating a custom platform movement engine (which now has a project page all its own).
This particular game uses the PMO as coded by Assault Andy (who has done a great job). Once I get a little further with the CPM engine, I'll dive back into the artwork and animation of this game and try to make some more progress.
My next big challenge: Getting the gun fire and muzzle flash to look right. This picture is just a work in progress of it.
