New Update

Doubleteam Productions returns after a couple month hiatus to bring you grand news! As professor Farnsworth (our apparently unofficial mascot) would say, "GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!"

This time we've got something special up our sleeves. First of all, the Zelda GBC+ Engine is inching closer to Release 1.2. I know, I said the same thing a few months ago. But it's true! The Power Bracelet's done save for a few bugs, and the Roc's Feather is making good progress! However, since we're kinda stuck on that for the moment (due to time constraints, we don't have time to stare at the mfa for hours asking ourselves why it doesn't work) I'll show you a sneak peek of our second big engine project!

That's right, we're rebuilding Kanto on MMF2! We decided to go with Fire Red/Leaf Green graphics since they're the most complete. We're tossing ideas around as we go, including the possibility of a Pokemon FR/LG Library because so far the engine doesn't look too complicated. (For those of you who don't know, a MMF2 Library is a .mfa file containing several objects and sprites ready to be dragged and dropped into your own mfa file)

One last report before I sign off! As a reminder, we have a blog which is listed in the website tab of this project. But if you're lazy and don't want to scroll up to find it, click the link below!

I also created forums. Here's the excerpt from the blog:

I’ve created a website over at freeforums.org and have put the link in the nav bar on the left side of this blog. Since our engines are open source, the forum should provide a nice place to discuss them and ask questions or help out! Take a look; I’ve already posted something we’re looking for.
