Finally: A small, free tool to resume broken downloads!

Download Resumer can resume a broken download to save you a lot of time and grief. It can resume a download even after resetting your PC, and can still download a complete file after as many disconnects and resumes your ISP can manage to throw at you.

Please read the readme file, it includes important information (and step-by-step guide to get going). The interface is self explanatory but if you have trouble check the help.

No, FTP object can only log in to FTP accounts and 99.99% of HTTP servers don't support FTP.

He probably used MooSock. Great accomplishment with the protocol, I must say. Now, you gotta figure out some way to split and manage packets into seperate parts to "accelerate" a download :) I think it could be as simple as dividing the bytes into X number of equal pieces, but who knows. Downloading it now. I hope it has an "auto-resume" option :D

Autoresume! Dang! Now why didn't I think of that?! Two things to update... I'll update it when I can be bothered/have time. Yes I used MooSock, but I don't think it can manage individual packets.
