another one of my blood splattering engines. This time for top-down/isometric shooters, the blood leaves a trail on the ground and splats out all over the place in roughly the direction of impact.

As with the platformer one, this was made a while ago. So don't blame me if you think it needs work, blame me a couple of years ago
