This is a game I built with KNP many years back, and it uses precalculated sine and cosine adjustments to achieve spaceship-like movement.

Controls:

Left/Right:Turn
Up/Down:Thrust
Shift: Shoot

I'll try (almost) anything once! Hmm... Very impressive custom movement, but to save yourself from much ridiculization, you should make you own graphics. Also, if you convert it to TGF or MMF then you could add highscores to your game giving it more of a purpose.

Donno, it looks like it's just two frames, so a graphical update wouldn't be that major.

How come nobody votes up or down? Are you allowed to change the download file at will? I can add a high-score level, and even 3d animations of real asteroids, and a hyperspace button...but for who?

I voted up :) haha the games pretty good considering you made it a while ago...I hope you're making something in TGF right now, if you can calculate sine and cosine...dang.
