Update for the arena downloader/uploader for FS3, 0.4 is now out !

Changes :
- Doesn't need to be in FS3 folder now.
- Upload: Preview can be uploaded as a bmp, png, gif, jpg and tga.
- Upload: The arena doesn't need to be compressed, FS3ArenaDL will compress it on his own.
- All is stable.

You can download it now !

PS : If you see someone called LuigiBlood on online mode of FS3, it's me ^^.
