I was going to upload this yesterday but we had to go to a barbecue that we were told about 2 minutes in advance and which lasted until 12 PM.

Anyway, this is a commented example that explains how I did the ship generation in my shmup.

It's the first time I've used comments. Ever.

If something is unclear or there is a problem, just post about it in the comments and I will answer and/or update the download to make it more clear.
