With the INI Decryptor you can read, edit, or even create encrypted INI files that are read in MMF2 with the INI++ Object. You can rename items and groups, change values, add items, add groups, and delete items or groups.

NOTE: The INI Decryptor uses compression, so files loaded and edited may not work in your applications if you do not have compression on.

...You do need to know the encryption.
This is not a program to hack encrypted INI files, it is to open the INI files you saved for games and whatnot to then read or edit them.
