http://www.powweb.com/ is definitely the best hosting I've ever seen. 2gb space (4 times as much), 150gb bandwidth/month (advertised as 5gb/day, 7.5 times as much), 650 mailboxes (over 3 times as many), all the PHP and databases stuff, zero downtime, and 24/7 customer support. Hosting really is a deathly cut-throat business.
Sadly i would think you would know that the ammont of webspace you have is depending on how much hard drive space you have if I'm not mistaken, so that unlimited might turn into like maybe 40-120GB, which is alot for a website, but not nessarly unlimited.
Yep a common mistake is that if you host your own server, 5 concurrent downloads will easily reduce you to 6-7kb/sec transfers even for all your broadband visitors.
Fire: I totally wouldn't trust you with any of my money, and that site doesnt even look like you made it, compared to your other best efforts.
