This is an incomplete version of the final boss of my game Kaiser. I doubt I'll finish the game (I'll do my best to finish) , and i want to see what you all think. The little guy in the top left corner is his first form. So anyway enjoy. Comments are greatly welcomed, good or bad.

I think it's great. Only thing that seems odd to me is the waist area; the blackish stuff. It looks like he was put in a sock or something  maybe try and make it look a little different or something. Other than that, he looks wicked and evil
