Well, the renders are nice, but the character's poses seem a bit stiff. On some of them it looks like he's not properly balanced, or something. A bit unnatural.
The effects are very nice, though.
Muzzle-flashes from a gun are generally double the length of the gun-barrel and half as high as the length. That's in the movies though, blank rounds have much more gunpowder than live-rounds.
Real guns are boring, movie guns are cool. In the movies pistols sound like shotguns and shotguns sound like cannons. There's no splattering blood when people get shot in real life, where's the fun in that? My zombies are loaded to shit with MMF virtual squibs.
and about the guy being unbalanced: have you ever heard of recoil?
i've fired a shotgun...once. It felt a bit like this:

The flamethrower looks a bit... not flamethrower like. And I think the chainsaw blade needs some detail. Otherwise amazing. How do they look on a white background, the shotgun is hard to see against the black.
I think the flamethrower is the only weapon I kept from a the first Zombies Now incarnation, all the others have been replaced with nice new models, you can't really tell how crap it looks in-game. For the render, I hoped the flames would takes people's attention away from it...
