I'm having a problem with the animation of a waterfall. The fall is composed of animated 32x32 tiles. When ever the screen scrolls to the waterfall all the tiles begin the animation at diffen't times because the screen hasn't reached the far tiles when it has reached the first ones.
Is there any way to start them all at one time?

Try checking "Handle background collisions even in invisible playfield" in the Level or Frame properties. That should make everything update even if they're not visible.

Useful infomation from Phizzy, enjoy it while it lasts. Anyway, yeah, that usually works because when objects are far enough away, they deactivate, usually in my case, it saves up on CPU & improves performence, but MMF makes it optional to take it off, so all the objects run no matter where they are. Often times if you have alot of active objects scattered around a scrolling level, its a good idea to have that ticked, because it greatly improves your FPS, expecially on slower PC's.
