geocities is nice and easy to upload to (no ftp program needed). I use it for my games and stuff. you get 15mb space and the max filesize is 5mb. Dunno about bandwidth though.
and they don't like direct linking files so you'll need to warn people to right click your links.

Geocities sucks dude, honestly. Besides, the 'need' for FTP isnt something bad, its actually good depending on your point of view. So finding a good free FTP host is something good, not bad. Sitesled is the best your going to find for now, so yeah. From the looks of it though, you already knew about it Sylzayz.
