Invader Zim doesn't suck. The fan animated series kinda does suck, though.
Leave it be. Zim is dead, and it probably never will come back.
Edit: The animation is good. The voices are bad. Most of it isn't funny.

It's dead even if they do run it on digital cable. They won't continue it. It's dead.
