There is this Lens Object for adding cloak effect in MMF but is there anything similar which can be used to add some cloaking effects in TGF?

It's doubtful. Besides, TGF isn't really supported anymore by extention developers, so there probably won't be any new extentions for it.

why would you need an extension?

just make a copy of the main character and make it very high transparency.
Like 95%ish.
