@ Daymian TAttack of The killer Mini-Games looks very professional. I love that graphic style. This game looks pretty much finished so why don’t you go ahead and release it? I would love to play it.
Okay all your videos look awesome. I just wish they had sound though. But damn you are skilled. How do you squeeze all those characters in Halloween Monster Massacre? Do you use the Active Picture object for that or are those just squeezed animations?

I thought they were scaled with MMF2's cool scaling event thingy. That's what I did for my crushing pillar things Lazy but effective. Sorta.

All your games look really solid, and I love the style of them, Daymian.

like i have said he either used the active picture object or he squeezed the animations in photoshop or flash (no clue what he used) and loaded them into mmf or even squeezed them in mmf’s animation editor but let’s wait for his reply and see

If recall correctly from last year's Xmas Compo, I think it's animated in flash and exported to normal actives.

Then again, he may not even have made that shooting entry last year, so I'm not sure.

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. I haven't been around for about a week, so I'll anwser your questions now.
MasterM asked, "This game looks pretty much finished (minigames) so why don’t you go ahead and release it?"
Well, because the code is so terrible it's sickening. I actually started making attack of the killer minigames yeeears ago in KnP, then moved the graphics to MMF and started again. At that point i had just started to learn MMF.I haven't touched it in about two years or so since. I'll upload it soon in all it's glitchy glory and maybe some bored coder can fix the bugs.
"how do you squeeze all those characters in Halloween Monster Massacre?"
They are just standard active objects drawn right in MMF 1.5's animation editor. No outside programs used at all. I do 90% of my game graphics right in the MMF animation editor. I have heard lots of people complain about it, but I find it simple and effective for 2D game design. Although MMF2's editor is even better. Thanks again for the comments. They really help keep me motivated.

I can definitely see the Cave Story influence...
Anyway, it DOES look very fun.

And there's also a really easy way to fix that word-wrapping bug if you're using the Text Blitter.

Well if you're going to make a ripoff, Cave story is a good choice.
