Yup, press refresh. TDC keeps it in the cache to save on bandwidth.

Can't find the problem myself, if you're talking about the front page of the site, that shows most popular topics ordered by popularity rather than new ones
Strange, it worked a hell of a lot with the General Chat section.
When somebody posts a topic there (i.e one that has no reply) for me, it doesnt appear on the forum main page as the most recent post, even when i refresh, it still says the previous most recent.
But it appears on the sidebar as the most recent post, and appears at the top if you click the forum name.
For example, say we have a topic, "Topic A" in forum "Forum A"
The display would be like this:
Topic A
By: The pope
On: 1st Jun, 2007 8:35:29PM
If then a new topic was posted, "Topic B" it would still display
Topic A
By: The pope
On: 1st Jun, 2007 8:35:29PM
But if you look at the sidebar, it would be
Topic B
Topic A
Zombies ate my trousers
What shall I make for breakfast?
I found my penis
etc
And if you click the "Forum A" link, you would see
Topic B
Topic A
etc
