Hey guys, I just made a crappy memory game (You know, the crappy ones where you have to flip the cards over and match the sybols), and the GFX are no bueno. But yes, here's what I need.
16 "Symbols" - For matching
1 - Card Back
1 - Game BG (Cause the wood is kinda ugly)
here's the game, it's permanently set on easy ATM though (5 different card types). You can cheat by hitting space.
Well, I'm new around these parts and looking to get my feet wet in a small project. So, I'd love to help! What pixel dimensions are you looking for for the background and the symbols? Do you have a theme in mind for the symbols? (Or for the background, for that matter?)
(Also, is there a way to quit the match.exe application? I had to do a CTRL+ALT+DElETE...)

Just ALT+F4 it. If you check on the Clickteam File Archives, the code is avaliable there, I think it's on page one or page two. You'll need fusion 2 though. It's labelled as "For stillhawk"
I did have a thought of finishing it up really quick and throwing it up on the ectoprods arcade though, but that'd have to wait till Vitalize 4 comes out. Or I could just do a stand alone version like I'm doing with CBBR.
If you don't feel like mucking about with it, I could be easily convinced to pick it up and finish it up; especially if someone can do some gfx which aren't crap like mine.
Yep... that's what I'm trying to do for you. I have two "symbols" and a background nearly done. Once I get them finished, I'll post them to see if they are to your liking or not.
Okay... this is all new to me, so I have no idea what your style is or even how to get these to you. They are .png images hosted on Imageshack, but if you need me to resize them or give them to you in a different file format or whatever, that's no problem. I based the sizes on the elements as they were sized in the .mfa file of the memory game.
I actually really liked the simplicity of your wood background, but I gave you an alternate background anyway, just in case you wanted a change.
I won't be the least bit offended if you don't like this stuff. I decided to see if you'd like a creepy-crawly Halloweeny kind of a theme. So... so far there is a tarantula symbol, a ghost symbol, and a radiation background. If you like the stuff and want me to keep going, I will. If not, no problem!

I thought that too only recently, but no. Try putting an image and then using some other tags/text. It'll delete some of your text (if Flava or Clubby didn't secretly fix it within the past week that is!).
