Is there anyway to change the HSL of active objects?
by that i mean hue/sat/lightness. Or RGB for that matter? Edited by the Author.

You mean during runtime? There's the overlay object which can do some color related things with objects, I think. (I wouldn't know actually, since I could never really use that object.)

The Colorizer object can do that.

Yeah, I meant in runtime. Ive already tried the overlay, its not hard to use. Thanks, I didnt know that the colorizer could change HSL of objects during runtime. LIJI, I e-mailed you about it but you didnt answer my question properly. All you said was that it would work only with full version of mmf2. Great extension then, if it does that. So I tried this extension after reading this thread and I was mightily impressed! But it grinds my game down to 10fps so I can't use it

HSL is meant for somewhat smaller images, but Colorize mode can handle 640*480 in 50 FPS. Edited by the Author.

My computer is very fast. But I dropped it on a level in my game and it went from 60fps to 10-20fps. I hope HWA speeds it up because it looks fantastic.

Try creating a similar effect in Colorize mode and see if there's any major change.
