I had a thought, will you be doing the judging alone this round?
Don't know how it was the first round, but last round there were a few
complaints about the judging, so how will you do this one?
Out of what I've seen so far, and is a vain attempt at modesty, I think Eternal Entertainment's was the best and most polished, albeit short, Don Luciano's the best drawn, mine the best programmed (or at least complicated), and bibins, well, the cutest
It's a shame that I couldn't really enjoy yours because of lag I suppose. Periodically it'd run smooth, but most of the time the letters "got the shakes" and a creepy jumble of lagging weaponry messed up my ears. But besides that, amazing engine! I'd love to see the one you have posted screenshots for, the one with the ninja crates.
And Don Luciano, I tried to switch to high gfx, but it crashed on me!
Xrat: It was a really good concept! The bouncing off of walls was quite frustrating though, and you should explain somewhere that r restarts, took me quite a few tries before I realized it.
Jon: I beat it, but it told me I was vegetablized(maybe?)... or sumthin...
I happen to know that Borgi's game is awesome, so Borgi, POST IT!
you know it turned out the "Load image into overlay" command is what consumed so much resources, so I just made a few active picture objects to serve as preloaded buffers and pasted them into the overlays at command and BAM, 50 FPS. I would have figured it was the fact I was slicing each image into like 100 pieces
