Yes mac users can dual boot easily using the built-in bootcamp program.

Everyone I know dual boots as well, but I think it would be nice to be able to compile for mac anyway.

It's not native, but I think I saw a java wrapper for Mac floating around the CT forum. Made Java applets into executables.

It's built into the latest build of MMF2

and like I said earlier in this thread, it was too slow and froze randomly.

Same.
And yea I think that Java/app was released here too, or at least there was a project page for it. But it's Java so it's not much use to me.

not really on topic but I wish MMF2 allowed scripting as an alternative to the visual interface.
Preferably javascript, even though it was originally made for the web, it's a wonderfull scripting language and has nothing to do with the clumsy java language contrary to what most people think.

try unity3d.com if you want javascript.

But yeah mmf2 could benefit from being able to edit code from a text interface.
