Granted it has been kinda slow in the world of klik, I think porting mmf to flash (when it comes) would give clickteam and its fanbase a fresh breath of air. Things are a bit stale at the moment.

Well I was about to post my first-ever "I agree with the above post " post until I had to wait 5 minutes to get to the reply page. Now my post will read:
Granted it has been kinda slow in the world of TDC servers.
What clickteam needs... is to write a code editor where events always happen in the order you put them. How are you supposed to teach someone about programming or flow control with all that mess going on behind the scenes? I guess we clickers have learnt to deal with the quirks and oddities (which for me is no less difficult than learning the syntax of a modern programming language). Maybe I should write my own tool. /End Rant

Maybe he's referring to fastloops? They sort of work outside of the regular order of things, but it's not that confusing surely? o__O
I'd guess not. If you "delete" an object, it really just gets marked for deletion. It doesn't actually get deleted until the end of the current event loop. I'm pretty sure there are more quirks in the code like this.
It would probably be quicker to learn a coding language than to wait on CT to make an exporter.
