I want to use Dreamstudio (Dreamcast) for my cutscenes. If I were to do this, does that mean I can't sell my game? Everything else is original (music, tilesets) but I'm terrible at 3d. I might have to try POV-Ray again...

Definitely illegal, once you attempt to sell something with other people's copyrighted material you're just asking to get sued(which mind you, you wouldn't stand a chance of winning).
