Just a heads up.
You can currently download Jirachi through Nintendo Wi-Fi. The event was posted on serebii, but was only on the front page for a day or two due to Black/White updates.

The pages on serebii weren't updated properly or something. It was posted on the front page several days ago and I just remembered it.
If you don't have the mystery gift feature, go to Jubilife City.
Theres a guy next to a girl on the third floor near the bottom. Talk to him and he will ask you some questions.
Respond with "EVERYONE HAPPY" and then "WIFI CONNECTION" and he will say something about mystery gift. Save your game and quit. Mystery gift should be available after the title screen.
