Yes yes yes, OoT and Paper Mario and Star Fox and Mario Kart are all well and good. Cool beans. But what that hasn't been announced would you like to see on the 3DS?
The ones popping into my head:
Pokemon a la Invizimals (Google it. This + Pokemon + 3D cameras = *angels singing*)
Mirror's Edge
Portal
F-zero (never played one of these, but it seems a match)
Halo
Worms 3D or equivalent (Accelerometer for aiming)
And the usual Nintendo standard franchises. 3D Mario, 3D Metroid, new Zelda, etc.
I'm a little worried we won't see any riskily awesome stuff, but I guess we'll see.
Share your own unique ideas too! I have a couple but right now they're either kinda stupid or not fully developed.
My ideas were F-Zero 3DS (Bring back the death battle thing!)
and Smash Bros. I know we've recently had one for wii, but we've never had a portable one. 3DS seems like a good bet to me, eventually
How about a kirby racing/flying game. A point and click adventure where you have to pick objects up and inspect them, open drawers etc. Could be done for the normal DS, granted, but in 3D it would be pretty awesome.
Nevermind about the whole Animal crossing thing, it looks pretty similar except for minor changes including the character heights, trees and houses -_-
I'm still confused on how many of the announced titles are ports. Ocarina of Time obviously is, and I think Star Fox was... But what about Paper Mario? Is that a port? Could Animal Crossing be a port?
I read somewhere on some forum that Official Nintendo Magazine had included a snippet about the game saying that you'd be able to become the mayor of your town, having to make executive decisions about what goes where and stuff like that, but it sounded like a really dumb idea to me and I've seen no mention of that idea elsewhere so I'm not sure I believe it. I think it'll be just as much a port as City Folk was to Wild World.
