It's kind of hard to narrow down without more info. Is it Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit? What extensions are you using? Are you using HWA? What version of DirectX do you have?

Its windows 7 32-bit. im using quite a lot of extensions, but i dont know if it has anything to do with them, it does it with all of my games, generally i use the PMO, the cursor, and the sticky object, but its doing it in my games that i dont use them. im pretty sure i have the latest directX. also, im not using directX for my games.
The compression level is set to max
the execution level is set to "as invoker" (but i dont know what that does)
its a stand alone application
display mode is set to normal
v-sync is turned off
compress the runtime is checked on
anything else you need?

I have win7 64bit, win XP, and win vista and my mmf apps run the same on all.
It could be that there is a particular extension that isn't playing well with win 7.
List your extensions.
Also what have you changed besides installing win 7?
Did you have to reinstall mmf? It could be that you don't have the latest update, or you might have switched to non-HWA.
In any case I have no problems with win 7 and mmf.

Perhaps its cuz im using 32 bit not 64.
im using the platform movement object
the cursor object
the sticky object
and lots of actives.
im pretty sure i have the latest copy of mmf2, and i upgraded the pc from xp to vista and then again to 7, so i didnt have to reinstall anything. (note, every single game ive made with mmf2 the framerate lags)

Oh i also just noticed that it only lags when the frame is moving, if the frame is stationary nothing lags. as i said, i know its not a hardware issue, cuz i can play mass effect and borderlands on max settings with no lag. (sorry for double post)

Well, I'm using Windows 7 32-bit, so that's not likely it. (Unless you have some really funky driver issues going on)
