Hey guys, long time no see! That is.. if anybody here remembers me at all. Rikus perhaps, at least?

Jesse here, from Fallen Angel Industries, a group you may remember as FAIND. If you do remember, you know the company's been defunct since early 2006, and most members have moved on to their own lives or to personal projects. Beau and I have formed a new company called "a jolly corpse" along with David, whom you may remember as Texmo. We're working on a project entitled "Wyv and Keep," which is a game Beau and I started a version of way back during FA days, but which we never got around to doing. Check it out:

Anyways, this isn't about our new company, so on to the reason I'm posting!

Ever since the company dispersed we've received requests to put up a page where you can find all of your old FAIND favorites, and so I'm happy to say we've finally done it! You can find info, screens, and the downloads themselves for all the FAIND classics at their new home:

http://www.jollycorpse.com/faind/

We'll also be putting up forums, so anyone craving a bit of a nostalgia fix can come on over and start some discussion!

http://www.jollycorpse.com/forums/index.php

Thanks a lot, and while we've moved away from Klik and freeware games, and will soon be trying to make a living doing what we love, Beau and I hope you'll support us in our new company with the same fan fervor you did for FAIND back in 2001 to 2006.

Jesse

Jesse! Of course I remember you. Wow that does bring back memories! I am also super excited to see you, beau and David all together, and I am sure everyone here will support you guys. The trailer for Wyv and Keep looks awesome btw. Please keep us updated! It makes me happy that so many people from the old days are still making games now

We'll be sure to keep you up to date, Rikus! We still bum around the DC pretty much daily (as the name implies we should). Good to see that everything here is still up and running in proper form after all these years!

Any chance of a re-compile or way to get Super Ken Senshi back online? That game was so awesome, especially online. Man, I missed it. I played some single player but it was so much fun to play with other people. Such a well designed game.

Welcome back Jesse/Riko/David. That's great news that you're venturing into business together. I have a feeling that you'll do very well Best wishes for Wyv and Keep's success and any other projects in the future.

This is fantastic news, welcome back guys

Question though - why didn't you keep the old FAIND name? You could have kick-started a mass revival like, eh, Take That, or Westlife lol

Welcome back. I always wondered why FAIND just seemed to drop off of the face of the internet. Its nice to know that some of you guys are still working on stuff.

I am envious of your artists skills

Alonso: Good to see you're still around! I checked out your websites, and thought your demo reel was amazing, there were some shots in there I thought looked incredible and wanted to see the full versions of. Hope you can get them on your site soon! Are you still working on Heart Forth, Alicia?

Rikus: Thanks, we will!

SiLVERFIRE: As for online play in SKS, I believe the game was coded to use the faind.com server, which obviously isn't around anymore. I would have to ask Ben about a re-compile to use our new server, but we're not in contact yet... If there's enough interest I could pursue him.

Andy: Thanks for the compliments! We probably won't be putting up Factor X because, though it was instrumental in getting our name out there way back in 2000 and 2001, really it's not up to our standards anymore. We wanted to put up the best games, and not all of them (because there were a LOT...) Although there may be a few additions still, depending on what people say, and if there are some specifically that people request a lot.

nim: We appreciate the well-wishes! But that's Jesse/Beau/David... Jesse=Riko

Eternal Man: Thank you! We'll be sure to post.

Circy: Thanks! Beau and I considered bringing back the Fallen Angel Industries brand but, honestly, it was 10+ years ago we founded that group, and we're both much different people now, and wanted something of a new image, possibly more just to refresh ourselves, if nothing else. It's been nice to start anew.

Gamester: It was very simple, a bunch of guys in college and high school made games together, but then the guys in college had to get jobs, and the guys in high school had to go to college, and blah blah, it just got to be too much for most of us. But yes, I think nearly all of us are still working on games, in some capacity!

oh epic to see this
i talked to david a while ago and i was asking if there is any hope to get the old faind stuff
so THIS IS JUST AWESOME! i know natomic got a face book page now and i remember how back in the day it was FAIND vs NATOMIC

so many awesome games. i remember how awesome super ken senshi was because still today its the only multiplayer game that runs probably I CAN THINK OF. i havent tried it yet but i believe it connected to some server and i am sure the server will be down nowadays so is there a way to host your own game instead of just play single player?

where are games like Factor X?

and why not release all the old games as abandonware not everyone got to test? like you could also post zerotau's mina of the pirates there which he released.

To be fair, a lot of people did like Factor X, and it was a big enough name to be a part of our klik heritage, so I think it should be included Most game developers evolve their skills over time and everyone gets better.

It brings so many memories back, playing these games. Siege <3. I do remember once Texmo coding a game with (I think) Yaen called Witchblade, or something. It was just an engine test, but do you happen to have these lying around still? I would love to visit them again. As for the films, I would be happy to send you a couple of links to the full versions through PM. Hope everything goes well for you three. Why don't you make a Facebook page so we can follow your steps?
