Well people could not only state what they want to get but also what they're capable of making.
For instance I reckon I could make a half decent Platformer, JRPG, Metroidvania, Puzzler, Shoot-em-up,
Another question, how specific can people be?
Could someone specifically ask for a game that uses only 128x128 pixel window using only 8 colours under 2mb using midi music? Or would we have to be fairly vague in our demands?

I imagine that it's just like when you were little. You would ask for something and have a clear vision of it in your head, then on that holiday morning you rush to the living room to see what's under the tree. Maybe the car is the colour you wanted it, maybe not. But it's still a car, eh?
EDIT: What if the creator included the source code, so the recipient could change it as they see fit? Just another option for inclusion, and certainly wouldn't be a requirement.
