Just finished today another new piece of music, called 'See-Through Sleep': the link is

http://soundcloud.com/normbo/see-through-sleep

, I would appreciate if anyone could give it a listen and give a bit of critique, if it isn't too much to ask. Would definitely like to hear from another musicians regarding technical issues (mix levels, does it sound right on your speakers etc).

My musical talent is about on par with a tone deaf kazoo player, so unfortunately I have little to no idea about the technical side of the music. The song reminds me of Terraria, which is a good thing .

Anyway, I hope life is treating you well!

I like the Bastard song. If you're looking for critique, then I say it would be more effective to have some effects on the voice samples in the second half and at the closing of the tune - distortion, reverb, and so on, well after the original sample is introduced in the middle/transition part of the song. In my opinion, the samples at the end were a bit too much; adding effects will bring something else to it.

Thanks for the critique, it has been noted; there are definitely improvements to be made towards the end of the track. If I'm honest, I rushed that part because it was probably about 5.30am and the birds had started singing outside.

And now for something completely different! Wrote another track this morning, in a very different style to the other tracks on this thread, something a lot of you might appreciate with its fantasy/adventure sound;

"Waltz in C Minor" - http://soundcloud.com/normbo/waltz-in-c-minor

Again, would appreciate listens and critiques, especially of this last track, as I believe it's closer to the kind of thing game developers might be interested in.

I like the last one. The sound is nice and clean - Do you have some top quality audio recording setup there or are you using pre-made samples?

Using pre-made samples; but done a lot of work (many many hours) with getting the sounds as clean and non-glitchy as possible, so it's nice to hear you say that.
