I don't think so. In the future Jamagic will support porting to Linux and Mac.

I don't think many large full games have been made with it, and even less in 3D.

Other than Wine, not at the moment. I think someone tested a MMF game with Wine once and it worked, but was slow. I might be wrong, I'll have to try, myself.
MMF isnt better than Jamagic, nor is Jamagic better than MMF, they're both created to do different things. I think Jamagic would be a lot easier to port to another OS than MMF.
