The newest is the one on the right, oldest on the left. Just put this together to look at the differences between the sprites, but then I added a background.
Either way, she looks sexy. You could make some good cartoon pr0n by 3D-izing that. Hmm... idea.

The one in the middle is in between the other two in terms of number of times I've remade the sprite. The one on the left was in the Noir BETA, the second one was in the short lived project Noir EX (Was trying to fix the problems with the beta), and the new one comes from the remake, which I am completely rebuilding the engine for. But the good things that may come of this is that the whole engine will be tighter, as well as the animations and graphics. The downside is that it's going to take me forever to do.
looks nice. Is she related to Michael Jackson or something? She apparently has had a skin change since beta.
