you can always make your own palette, its really whatever you feel like building into your game

why not use the CNC/MMF palette? that's pretty colourful compared to TGF's one

If you dont like the TGF palette, your going to hate the CnC and MMF palettes, TGF's palette is better then any other one I've ever seen.

you can open up a click and create cca file, making sure it is a click and create file not a mmf one.
then delete everything in the example and rename the blank file to pallete (or whatever you want really)
and there you have a blank template for a tgf game with a brigther pallete.
there are loads of open source click and create files at the Sonic fan games headquaters.
