i dont think we have any but just search for some using google or something.
come on next to sonic and mario games megaman is the most popular fangame character. there must be billions of megaman libs on the intraweb.
You can find them in MSPaint. You just have to click the right colours in the right places, then type " I AM A GRAPHICS RIPPING WHORE" on your forehead, and never post your games anywhere, then you should have what you're looking for, or at least what we're looking for.
i've tried searching on google already, but i cant find any good NES TGF Megaman or Samus sprites/libs. But I suppose no one here can find a good site for it...
