Hello everyone, and the Clickteam Team... I was just thinking i really want to buy your software and get going on learning MMF, but I truly do not want to have to scroll through the posts, or ask questions that have been thoroughly been answered in the past. I am curious if this is a site, or forum dedicated to the Newbies? Trying searching seems tough because half of the time I dont know the "exact" words I should use to describe what I am after. Anyways it would be nice to have a Newbie forum, and if the experienced people around here would be kind enough to help out in supporting it that would be great...
thanks

Well, this is a community site for clicking, while I am sure people will help you here, you can also ask on the forums at www.clickteam.com .
Also, you should read the stuff that is avaliable here: http://www.clickteam.com/English/download_section.php?PID=8&SID=4&Sname=Help
as well as at the Knowledge Base:

And a word of warning, while people here are always ready to help out, there's a lot of bashers. If you post a first game that sucks(for constructive criticism), make sure you mention it, or ~10-~15 people will be sure to mention it.

I think it has more to do with nuklear's massive dumbassage than his abilities in MMF.

The Daily Click is probably the best place for a new klikker to be at, mainly because it's where your questions will be answered the quickest (out of all the other sites), and also because it's not filled with elitists. Just be sure not to post your first couple of games, because they aren't going to be good.

I didn't use a forum or board when I begain klikking. I learned the most by just messing around and not actally trying to make stuff. Also, tutorials are very helpful . Good luck with MMF, and here.

I'd recommend the official clickteam forums ( www.clickteam.com ) over TDC for newbies, because help there is always fairly quick and informative. Nobody will ever bash you there.
Key things for a newbie:
- Read the manual
- Search the forums before you post (searching the Clickteam forums is a very good place to look) because you may be about to post a very commonly asked question
- www.clickteam.info
