This is not really a code-it problem, but I saw somewhere that theres a extension that you can set the application speed with. If anyone could tell me what was it then ill be happy.

there's an extension that changes ANIMATION speed but nothing to change the application speed with.

I believe there was a buggy FPS limiter extension once that messed up sounds etc, I may be wrong about this, but search for any extension containing FPS

Use the TimeX object and keep pausing and unpausing. Pretty reliable, but not as smooth. Decent though!
