SMILE ICONS

I'm going to add smile icons to the chat room. Thanks to Jon Lambert and OldManClayton, I figured it out! I have a few so far and they're looking good! I also have a cake icon that the admins can "hand out" to other players

a.k.a.... "Sumo148 gave a piece of cake to Rolox! (cake picture)

NOTE: There's spaces between the codes because TDC would create them into smilies. In the chat room, there are no spaces between the code
