Well 24 base items with 10 prefixes and 10 suffixes, and 24 unique items along with another 8 consumables

I'll post this game to the DL section as soon as I'm back from eating, I just played it ENTIRELY through, getting 100% of the treasure chests, and it took a good 3.5 hours (even for someone who knew exactly what he was doing).
