Yes, I'm bringing this thread back. I would fix the Mana franchise, It seems like in every new addition, Square Enix tries to make a unique and new game. Like Dawn of Mana, it doesn't use the normal Mana battle system, it uses a different style, it's split into chapter, and your levels reset every chapter(WTF?!). Heroes of Mana, tried to make a real time strategy control the armies style game. Children of Mana changed the battle system by using a simple press A continually combo, that took away from the strategy. Don't even get me started on Children of Mana's weird dungeon set up!
All square enix has to do to bring back the old strategy of attack, fall back, and all of the other traditional aspects that made the originals so great, to have the mana series make a comeback.
Nintendo should really make more 2D Zelda games. They just seem so much better than Twilight Princess or Wind Waker. I was hooked on the Virtual Console Link to the Past for a while.

The sequal is about half as long as Super Star Saga. Super Star Saga is one of my favorites though!

I don't know if they're good though, I haven't played them.
Phantom Hourglass looks pretty cool but I've never played it. It has the same stylings of The Wind Waker which I thought was great but a lot of people didn't (cartoony cel shading).
They don't really make 2D games for consoles anymore, just the handhelds. I know there are a few exceptions, but that's sad.

DXF Games, coming next: Hasslevania 2- This Space for Rent!
The 2D Zeldas are all right, but I definitely enjoy the 3D ones better. I'd really like to see a Wind Waker sequel on Wii. Or even a TP sequel. Meh. What I really want is a free-roaming 3D Rockman.exe game for the wii.

Perhaps still funky and cute, but maybe slightly more realistic?
Im hoping they'd put more features in too, and not just the usual couple of shops, museum and town hall, but perhaps also other shops, places to visit etc, and animal families would be cool, too.
Edit: Downloadable items for Animal crossing Wii would be cool, too.

It's as if you can see the future! Have you seen the Animal Crossing: City Folk trailer...? The graphical style hasn't paticulary changed, but everything else you've suggested appears in the trailer.
Mainstream game-wise, a lot of games need to be severely altered to save said franchises. To name a few, Crash Bandicoot, Sonic, Billy Hatcher, Mario Party...

Mega Blocks is owned by Lego, or at least that's what I was led to believe.
If mega blocks are owned by lego, then I've been hating on the same company I've loved since age 4. I'm almost 110% positive that lego does not own mega blocks. Mega blocks are WAY too cheapy. They don't live up to Lego standards.
